VODAFONE MAKES HISTORY

When Vodafone Ireland made history with the country's first mobile video call via satellite, we were there on both ends of the line.

This was a multi-location production spanning two locations. OUur team travelled to Clare Island, Co. Mayo, to film Vodafone engineer Robert Ivers and his team making the call from an area of no mobile coverage, while a second crew was in Dublin with Vodafone Ireland CEO Sabrina Casalta to capture the moment the call connected.

Coordinating both sides of a live, first-of-its-kind event meant careful planning, close collaboration with the Vodafone team, and the kind of flexibility that only comes from experience.

The result was a suite of videos, edited for both internal and external channels, that told the full story of a genuine technological milestone for Ireland.

It's something we were proud to be a part of.
